Did you contact EA about this too?

If you had money taken from your account unlawfully, you could dispute the charges with your bank. I know with Halifax; they were good with me about this when I have had issues in the past. They reversed the charges made on the account, and I got the money back.

Have you spoken to the police about this too, as they can investigate this?

You can dial 101 (If in the UK) and ask to speak to the police and make case. They should be able to help too, especially if your saying you have been defrauded by others within the game.
