    Peoblem with purchases - tickets and coins


    For about a week - over the last week or so - it seemed like you had fixed this problem but it happened again today.

    When you try to get your free daily tickets and coins, by watching ads, it stalls on a Microsoft ad. The Microsoft Games ad starts at 15 seconds, goes to 14 seconds and then stalls and a message comes up that there was a purchase error and your purchase
    can't be completed.

    I had reported this problem numerous times as of late last year. It seemed like you never got to it but I guess you did at some point. However, the exact same problem is back. Please fix it or at least credit us users for the inconvenience. No one really
    loves watching ads but we do it to get the tickets and coins. It is frustrating but I guess understandable to get the tickets and coins. But I, and I'm sure others (as I've seen others write in about this problem) have lost out on at least a month, if not
    more, of these rewards. Come on, certainly a company as big as Microsoft can fix a problem so ads and games will properly, can't you?

    I just tried to purchase tickets for $1.99 and coins $1.99. I received the you already own this on both purchases. How can I already own the tickets/coins available for purchasing? it just boggles my mind.

    Could someone please fix the ability to purchase coins and tickets? I have been receiving the following error message for almost a week now every time I try to either purchase coins and tickets or just watch the videos to get free coins and tickets:

    "Your purchase cannot be completed at this moment; it has been canceled. Please try again later."

    Please resolve this error message...thank you!

    Hey there VegasTundra67.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having in Microsoft Bingo. Are you connected to the internet when you attempt to watch ads? Make sure you have a stable connection, if you disconnect at all you may have trouble. Also, please give your PC a full reboot
    to see if there's any change with that.

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    Tickets allow you to purchase bingo cards. You cannot use them to purchase Keys or Coins.
