Pending Xbox Rewards things

Hi, everyone.

For the last year i've accumulated some credits and myVIP on Xbox Rewards. I'd redeemed the credits i could and changed most of myVIPs i had for credits too.

The thing is: For about a month I still have 5250 credits pending to be converted in money on this service; the button to do it vanished the last time i got 5k, and since it, this counting only stayed above it cause i redeemed more credits with myVIP than
the service was converting to my local coin.

I still have 192 myVIP cause i don't want to change it for wallpapers. I should have more since i reach 25k Gamerscore on june and maybe some other mission of Rewards, but this wasn't counted, like my june Free Ride, wich i doublechecked every minute spended
with elegible free games, but until june 29, i only had 1 of the 3 Free Ride badges highlighted when i look on the webpage.

The FAQ say i had until june 30 to complete the things (wich i've done before this date) and july 15 to redeem them, but I don't received part of the prizes and can't redeem anything cause Xbox Rewards turned only into a static painting for me (despite the
100 myVIP section that i don't care).

Any word to say about it?

XBox Rewards

The Xbox live rewards program is great! I have collected 1260 (+20 pending) points from them so far. You have to get paid out at 100 points, but it doesn't take too long. You can do a 20+ ms point survey a month, and get rewards for doing things that you do on your Xbox already! If you have a number of achievements, you can get a discount on marketplace purchases, and a birthday gift!
I don't know about you, but I have 20 minutes a month for free MS points!

From the rewards FAQ:

+ How do I receive the Microsoft Points I earn through Xbox LIVE Rewards, and what are Pending Points?

A. Microsoft Points earned through Xbox LIVE Rewards will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account by the 15th and 30th of each month. If your Point total is less than 100, the Points will be held as Pending Points until a quantity of
100 is reached. Check out the Points Pending tab on your
MyRewards page to see your Pending balance. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points
Awarded summary.

 

I think they're changing the program soon and rebranding it microsoft rewards. Your credits will more than likely be honored, but will take a while.
