Pending rewards points.

I have had over 30,000 points accumulated in my pending points since around December 5th, but they didn't deposit into my account on the 15th, nor does it show a deposit date or let me request a deposit. Why aren't my points being deposited? I have well
over the required 5,000 credits. There are some games and extras I would really like to get before the year is over and I was expecting my points on the 15th since I had well over 5000 points long before the deposit date. Is there some reason I haven't gotten
them yet? The system never let me request an early deposit either, what happened to that function? I honestly feel that you should do away with the deposit dates and just add them to our accounts automatically once we reach a certain amount.

From the rewards FAQ:

+ How do I receive the Microsoft Points I earn through Xbox LIVE Rewards, and what are Pending Points?

A. Microsoft Points earned through Xbox LIVE Rewards will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account by the 15th and 30th of each month. If your Point total is less than 100, the Points will be held as Pending Points until a quantity of
100 is reached. Check out the Points Pending tab on your
MyRewards page to see your Pending balance. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points
Awarded summary.

 

Was the 300msp triple-play issued to anyone already?

How long does it take for Pending Points to be deposited into my Xbox LIVE account?

A. It may take up to 45 days for pending points to be deposited into your Xbox LIVE account. Points will be deposited by the 15th of each month. Visit the Xbox LIVE Rewards website often to see which points are still pending and how many Rewards
Points you've been awarded. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points Awarded.

 

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So your credits
would be scheduled to be deposited on the 29th.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

 

In their FAQ it states that if you make it to 5000 at least 3 days before the deposit date then they will deposit them into your account, that doesn't appear to be the case considering I had well over 5000 10 days prior to the posting date, yet they still
didn't post. It's just confusing when their FAQ states one thing then they don't follow it.
