Pending rewards in myreawrds system

Greetings,

When i checked the myrewards system it says that I have two pending credits rewards please help.

Haven't got my pending credits

I have 4,000 reward points in total that have been pending for more than 2 weeks and I'm wondering when I will get them or if you can deposit them into my account. I have 2000 points pending from 01/04/17 and another 2000 point system pending from 12/29/16.

Points pending for about three months

Here is a quote from the FAQ on the rewards system.

Xbox Live Rewards

How do I receive the Microsoft Points I earn through Xbox Live Rewards, and what are Pending Points?

A. Microsoft Points earned through Xbox Live Rewards will be automatically deposited into your Xbox Live account by the 15th and 30th of each month. If your Point total is less than 100, the Points will be held as Pending
Points until a quantity of 100 is reached. Check out the Points Pending tab on your MyRewards page to see your Pending balance. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points Awarded summary.

So it seems that they are only deposited into your account when you have at least 100 waiting to be deposited.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you have less than that, you haven't earned enough for an automatic deposit. Since you do have over 1,000 pending, you
can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

It usually takes a few days (up to 7-10 days) for the system to assess and add Reward points to the Live Reward pending page. Unfortunately none of the Ambassadors have/knows specific dates or times for this as the Live Reward Program is an automated system
which is moderated by an independant crew from another Microsoft/Xbox service.

you would need to post on the rewards forums but do note that the rewards system is changing

anyone with pending points are having them issue to the gamertag as the points will be phrased out when the new dashboard update gets released.
