Pending Rewards From a Year Ago and No XBL Status

Hello,

I've had quite a few rewards that have been pending for over a year now. Also, according to the Rewards website, I don't have a XBL membership although I've had one for 14 years. Is something wrong on my account?

Not earning rewards

I've noticed the last rewards activity on my account is 12/31/2016 with a status of pending and no rewards have been issued for this year at all. How do we get this corrected?

Hello Cup of Robots,

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you
are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Regarding when you will get your recently scheduled deposit, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th
through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since your Credit event that placed you above the 5000 required for an automatic scheduled
deposit occurred a few days ago, you will be a part of the mid-month deposit next month.

Furthermore, we see that we are tracking your Gold membership, as evidenced by your consistent MyVIP payback at a Gold level.

Hi my GTag is ive been an xbox live gold member nonstop for over ten consecutive years. and ive been an xb gold rewards member since the beginning. i have vip status 3xS and champion status along with lots of microsoft points. i noticed my rewards
account says upgrade gold. when ive been gold since the birth of xbl and xbr. why did it change my gold status to free? i talked to all xbl by phone and told me you guys have to fix it. please put my rewards account back to gold as it shpuld be. thanks

can confirm this is correct. there was an issue with the deposits of registered betas. I got my email and cods and it all worked out
