Pending rewards credits or not received - One single big thread!

Hi Everyone!

A huge number other people (including myself) are having problems with rewards points not being credited or deposited!

I see that so far Xbox or Microsoft hasn't done anything about it (they have asked me several times to go to the support forum, which is useless), there are people with 5 star rankings and huge credits pending.

My idea is to create a single thread so maybe we get heard, maybe take this discussion to some other site.

Any ideas are welcome, I hope this gets resolved for everyone!!

I have spent a lot over the holidays and have not been credited for anything including surveys.

yup me to I've spent well into the £100's and ain't received a thing yet all my account says is I've did the last survey which is worth 250 points. And in all honesty, I think I haven't been receiving the correct amount of rewards for a few months. I was
hoping they would add my rewards before the current sales on Xbox Live/.com run out as there are some bargains I'm after.

If you're having issues, make sure you post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum under support for assistance. They won't see threads like this in the announcement forum. Also, because everyone's issue may be different, they request that each person creates
a separate thread so everyone receives the proper assistance. Otherwise, not everyone will get help.

Expecting 15000 rewards credits for "The past, Present and Future Mission" through Dec 31. I spent over the 31.80 required for each category days before the 31, and it still hasn't shown any activity or pending credits, this is the second time and seems
to be a recurring problem with rewards.

I think the Gears 1,2,3 and Judgement codes were in the Gears 4 game. I traded that game without openimg it so I guess I am out those codes.

Well, its the 30th and no deposit. The support chat rep sent me here are you guys going to deposit my credits lol

It says it may not deposit until the promotion has ended the 50000 points from the holiday deal at microsoft store.
