Pending Point Transaction Questions

Hi,

I was checking out my Rewards Account and noticed I have several pending reward transactions from several years ago. Will these credits be deposited before the transition or will I get some kind of equivalent transfer since these were never rewarded to me?

Pending Transactions

Hi, there's an expired credit card on my xbox account and it's now allowing me to play online due to there being pending transactions. How can I cancel them and get the credit card removed from my account?

They can be. Credits are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have 5,000 credits pending. Or you can request a deposit on that page since you have over 1,000 credits pending and they should be deposited on the date
listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are
at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Secondly, don't forget that Rewards Points are deposited into your Xbox LIVE account once per month. Check the Rewards Points Pending section of the MyRewards page to make sure you don't have any pending transactions, which will not yet show up in your
Total Rewards Points Awarded.

No, the points get deposited once a month.
