Pending order on a controller for over a month

Hello everyone,

On May 21, 2020 I ordered a regular Xbox One controller with the expected delivery date of June 23, 2020 which I completely understood at the time and was willing to wait. However it is now June 24th and the order is still "pending" a month later with a
charge to the payment method, with no signal of shipping or anything

I would like a refund or at least any information about this since it's been past the expected delivery and it hasn't shipped or anything, and I tried multiple methods of support with no leads. I see forum posts about people having this issue for 5 days,
a week, but this has been over 30 days. I 100% understand that businesses are backed up and that COVID-19 is making this type of work difficult, but not to this degree in terms of delay and miscommunication

So microsoft wont take payment until the item is shipped. Presumably they are waiting for more stock.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. .Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending
on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your Credit events that pushed you over the 5000 pending Credit amount occurred on the 3rd, you will be a part of the end of month deposit.

the following month. Since you only went over 5000 Credits earlier this month, your Credits will be a part of the end of month deposit.
