    Pending order after 4 days?


    I recently got an xbox elite v2 controller. It said I woudln't be charged until the item was shipped but I was charged instantly but today the money was back in my account after no refund from me. The order still says pending on my order status, is this
    normal and how long does it pend for?

    If you mean they refunded your money and it's back into your account, then no. It's not normal for their order to still be "pending" from what seems like they've refunded you if this is the case.

    You'd probably be best to send a refund ticket to Microsoft so they can help track your order, and explain to them your situation how you were waiting for your controller. Here's that link

    I would contact Support for an explanation but honestly, i have to assume that the delay is the overwhelming amount of shipping orders that have become of people being told to stay home due to Covid-19. I know some places are prioritizing essential over
    non-essential items to ship.

    Perhaps the delivery system is affected by the current situation we are in, quarantine must have caused it.

    try to contact support. Also I imagine it may be because of coronavirus that some shippings are delayed.
