Pending MyVIP Credits

Hi!

I'd like to know why i have Pending Credits from September last year and January this year.

Can someone give me a bit of information on this?

This is what it says:

Problem with Xbox live rewards

I seem to have credit pending on my account from myvip, I have 2 transactions currently pending

MyVIP payback on purchases is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending Credit halfway through the following month. Therefore it is too early to see your MyVIP Credit for your purchase.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Since those do not equal 5,000, they have not been automatically deposited. Since you do have over 1,000 you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section
of the site.

The Credits for the Games on Demand offer are now pending in your account. You should see the Credits from your initial account pending by the end of next week. They will be listed as a MyVIP 5 Gold event.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you
are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page. Since you have since reached that 5000 Credit amount, you have now been scheduled, so you do not need to schedule one manually, so that button has been removed. Pending Credits
require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month.
You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since you were not scheduled for a deposit until March 17th, you will be a part of the mid-April deposit.

Since you have not made any MyVIP eligible purchases until March, you have not earned any MyVIP payback over the period of October-February. Regarding your March MyVIP payback, also in the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
