Pending MyRewards points [Manual conversion]

I have 15,000 credits pending I'd like to get renewed into real money on my account.

I went through to support and was sent here via one of your support agents.

I did the punch card for credits and do not want to wait till the 15th as there is dlc and other opportunities my friends all have dlc and are pushing abased without me and I'd like to be able to catch up!

Are they not in your 'pending points' section on the 'MyRewards' page?

Secondly, don't forget that Rewards Points are deposited into your Xbox LIVE account once per month. Check the Rewards Points Pending section of the MyRewards page to make sure you don't have any pending transactions, which will not yet show up in your
Total Rewards Points Awarded.

 

There is no way to have credits deposited before the scheduled deposit dates.

 

I'm confused what is an early deposit request?

 

Credits are normally scheduled for a deposit when you get to 5,000 pending. If you have less than that and want to go ahead and deposit them, you can request a deposit. When you request a deposit they are deposited on the date listed on the site at the time
that you make the request.

We can confirm Smwutches' statement, and do not see any issue on your account that would prevent a deposit. Based on when you had these Credits pending, you should expect them in the end of month deposit.
