Pending headset order

On may the first I ordered the Microsoft wireless headset with express shipping and it is now may the 2nd and has yet to be shipped the estimated revert date is on the third anyone else having this problem I would appreciate it if someone offered help

Microsoft business days are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, or after 12pm PST, the order will be processed on the next business day.

I put an order in for new headsets over 10 days ago and my order is still pending. What is the hold up and when will i receive my shipments. One to my son in Arizona and One to me in Michigan?

From whom did you buy a digital code?

You usually don't buy codes from Microsoft as you usually buy items directly from Microsoft.

If you bought the code from a reseller like Amazon or some other store, you will have to contact the store about the whereabouts of the code.
