    Pending for xbox series X


    I've been having a pending status on my Xbox series x for nine days now? I've never purchased a console on launch before so is this normal?

    Also i ordered from the Microsoft store on my computer. Does anyone know if they will be shipped soon. (my delivery date says dec 23rd)

    Hi,

    As I understand it, 'Pending' on an Xbox Series X or S order means that your console is assigned and waiting for shipment. Baring any unforeseen delays you should get it on the launch day. Mine says pending too.

    Calling them does no good. I was actually lucky enough to get one elsewhere. Been trying to cancel this one and they won’t do it.

    Microsoft customer service is not very good right now.
