    Pending delivery


    I ordered an Xbox on Friday night or the 15th, the delivery date says the 18th and I ordered it with express shipping. My cards been charged but the order on my Microsoft account says “pending” but still has the delivery date as the 18th anyone got an idea what’s going on ?

    Hi Jerrod!

    Have you received an order confirmation email regarding your Xbox order if it was successful?

    I would advise you to wait until the 19th to check for any changes on your order status and its delivery.

    If it’s stuck on pending status, try to contact the Microsoft Store support.

    That’s great! I ordered mine yesterday the estimated delivery is Friday so hopefully it gets sent out soon. It’s still pending though but I read on Reddit that most of everyone’s orders has been showing pending until the day of delivery or the day before.
