Pending Credits

I am looking at my account and noticed that I have pending credits ('Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to cash and deposited into your Microsoft account.') at the very bottom of MyStatement, but at the top under Total Pending Rewards Credit
it says zero. I am confused as to what Pending Credits means if MyStatement is saying zero, yet there is a list of reward points from months ago that still need to be converted. Help please! Thank you!

Thanks for the heads up! Our website used to have a total counter for Total Pending Credits that was recently removed in our site re-design in August. Looks like that counter was not also removed from the print view that you screenshotted! Since we no longer
use that counter function, it is showing a default value of 0. We have alerted our web team to this bug and they should remove this confusing counter shortly. Apologies for the confusion. I can confirm that your pending Credits are being properly displayed
in the MyStatement.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited
in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since you only recently hit the 5000 pending Credit requirement for an automatically scheduled deposit (December 4th) you
have not received those pending Credits.

the following month. Since your last pending Credit event that triggered the 5000 pending Credit amount required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on the 19th of last month, your Credits will be a part of the mid-month deposit this month.

You can see pending Credits from the MyRewards page. Your Credits for that purchase are currently pending there. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in
the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since those Credits were added on the sixth of this month, they will be a part of the end of month deposit this month.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. .Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending
on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your Credit events that pushed you over the 5000 pending Credit amount occurred on the 3rd, you will be a part of the end of month deposit.
