Pending credits deposit issue

Been waiting for my 26k points to be converted to my account for a while now, any suggestions?

Hi ARTICLE. Unfortunately, the deposit issue you have is not yet fixed. but a deposit was made to your account on December 21 for 61,900 Credits. You currently have only 250 Credits pending. The Operations Payment team is working on the deposit issue. Once
you have enough Credits pending again for a deposit, we will attempt another one.

Regarding your deposit, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited
in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your other History Credits were pending earlier in the month, they were not deposited until the end of month deposit cycle.

 

Credits are depositedby the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you got to 5,000 after the 1st of this month, they are scheduled for the end of the month deposit which is scheduled for the 22nd.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. This is also mentioned in the FAQ for Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
