    Penaltized for something I didn't do


    Hello everybody, I recently in February got penalized for something I didn't do. My gamer picture wasn't appropriate and I didn't set my gamer pic as that and now I have received a one-year penalty. Does anybody know how I can fix this or how Microsoft can fix this because I am very confused and I wouldn't want a one-year penalty on my Xbox.
