PDP Talon Media Remote

Hello, I could not find anywhere if this media remote can actually work with the cable box, as in changing channels vs just the volume. I have it connected and set up so that it can take me to cable, but changing channels and seeing the guide would be awesome.

Ah. I guess the remote is actually called "Talon Media Remote." If that helps.

Well, I guess the same could be said about the plug & play kit. Can I get a media remote at Target for around $20?

Don't see any at Target. but Amazon there are a few options:

I have the official one, but the PDP Talon looks pretty good (and have more functions)

Hello Dimenson,

Our understanding here is that the control/remote attempting to be used on the Xbox One is the Talon Media Remote, but the console is not recognizing your TV or it's model type.

Is this only occurring when connecting with the Talon Media Remote?

Has there been use of other media remotes with the console?

Has this been attempted with a different television?
