    My LVL 50 Wireless headset isn't working anymore. I had some problems getting it set up on my birthday, but it started working. Now, ONE DAY later it won't work anymore. I think it's a problem with it no longer saying "Headset Assigned" when the homepage first appears. I just got this, and it would be a shame if I had to send it back already. Also, I've already tried using the guide in the screenshot below. if someone could please help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Also, the Xbox One I have is an original generation, if that helps.

    Thanks for the update, sorry to say but in this case the next step will be proceed requesting a repair/replacement order for your headset

    So, you already tried all the steps provided in the attached picture?

    If that's the case, do you not have another console or headset and try the actual headset with a different
    Or the other headset with your Xbox one?

    I do not have multiple of either, sadly. Also, yes, I have tried all of these steps, including factory resetting my Xbox.
