    • im trying to download a app for my new controller its called pdp Hub for the xbox one afterglow controller to change its color and i seem to be having a issue not getting it to install at all even when i click the button it does not prompt to install the
      app also i tried to install it for pc but does nothing as well for pc to i tried on pc it gave me the same issue is there a bug with the app or is there a work around so i can get it installed to my xbox one the app is Called PDP hub it should work to have
      colors changed for xbox one controllers how can i get this app to install on my xbox one

    Is there a chance that the pdp software has to be installed on a windows pc - for configuration before you use it with the xbox?

    there is a pc version of for windows for PDP I Just confirmed i have tried it as well also from my pc and it gives me the same problem all games install work for both PC and Xbox one it appears all 3rd party ap are not working to install for Xbox one and
    PC and i went to my Xbox to test a different 3rd party app and it seems no 3rd party apps can be installed it never gives a prompted pending of a download or even clicked on free to get button i tried the social Expo-App for Instagram when i get to the free
    button page click it never pends a download for 3rd party apps.

    Hi Walking,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues downloading a third party app. You will need to reach out to afterglow for assistance getting the app. Have you tried installing other apps to make sure you can install one?

    I have downloaded a game and everything was fine just not the dpd afterglow was the only website led me to pdp website i have put a ticket in and Microsoft had me contact the publisher but still no fix im trying to get the app installed its not letting
    me still indid the power cycle and everything on Microsofts end to get the app pdp to install

    Xbox One PDP Prismatic Afterglow USB controller has buzzing sound transmitting over mic

    I recently bought a PDP Afterglow wired controller and Afterglow lvl 5+ wired headset and I am having the same issues. I believe it is because the controllers default Mic sensitivity is set too high, but it cant be adjusted in Settings>Devices and accessories>
    Controllers>Volume, unlike like a Microsoft Xbox one controller. I think pdp and Microsoft may use a different controller software, since the Microsoft controller update cannot be downloaded to the pdp controller. I am hoping the Afterglow app provides more
    settings and a way to adjust Mic levels.
