PC Xbox game pass games stuck at Signing screen

Many of the games I have downloaded from the xbox game pass, when I try to play them they start up and the splashscreen shows Signing In, and it never does anything more. I have reinstalled the Xbox App, the gaming service, and each game. Xbox console companion shows NAT type is open. WMI shows information and doesn't appear to be corrupted.

I stopped and started the services, no luck. I am currently setting up a separate PC to see if the issue follows.

Yes i get the same results, regardless how I open the games. All the services are running. I removed my microsoft account, and tried to run the game in the xbox app, and it still did not work.

Have you tried launching your games from MS store app? You can also delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then will let you launch the game.

I completed all those steps, and it did not resolve my issue.

Signed out of the Microsoft store, signed back in, and removed Accounts and Cache folders. Games still wont pass the Signing in.... screen
