PC xbox bar clips are black

We understand that you're trying to record a clip while playing Chivalry 2 using Xbox Game Bar. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try:

1. Update your graphics card drivers: Make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date. You can do this by going to the manufacturer's website and downloading the latest drivers.
   
2. Test other Xbox installed games to see if issue persist. Also, try to play games pre-installed or games installed from Microsoft Store like Microsoft Sudoku or Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
   
3. Disable hardware acceleration: Open the Xbox Game Bar, click on the gear icon to open the settings, and then turn off the "Enable hardware acceleration for capturing" option.
   
4. Check your game settings: Make sure that your game is set to run in full screen mode and that it is not running in windowed or borderless mode.
   
5. Disable third-party overlays: If you have any third-party overlays running, such as Discord or Steam, try disabling them to see if that resolves the issue.
   

If none of these steps work for Chivalry 2 however, it records fine on other games. Then, this game is one of some games which has disable recording capability by default. You won't be able to make clips of these titles. Should this Xbox Game Bar not record anything from all of the games tested please provide us a screenshot of the issue so we can continue the troubleshooting.

No, you can only upload content from your Xbox or clips captured with the Xbox Game Bar on PC.

I'm afraid that's not possible. You can only upload clips from your xbox console and using the xbox game bar on pc as far as I'm concerned.
