    PC, xbox app: Some features in Forza 5 online are partially locked


    Hi guys,
    The last time that I played the game was on friday night and everything was fine. When I tried to log on on saturday, Ive received an error message saying that the forza servers are currently unavailable, but I'm in the horizon freeroam with other players... Since that first message, Ive not been able to see the current season or past/future one and to go in different sections of the menu.
    Things that don't work:
    - Festival playlist: everything is under Test mode... Its only wheelspins rewards after earning points and they are not the same season as last friday night.
    -Message Center and Gift drop doesnt work
    -Clubs and Rivals doesnt work either
    What Ive do since then:
    Ive check my drivers, everything is up to date.
    Ive check the teredo protocol, my Nat type is open and connected. Ipv6 on my router is enable, ports are open.
    Ive upgraded my windows 10 to windows 11.
    Ive reset my network. Ive also uninstall and reinstalled the game.

    Ive reach out to the forza team support, who then transfer me to the xbox chat who said to come here and log a ticket directly to microsoft. Im seriously out of options here. Any help will be great. Thanks!

    I've played Forza Horizon 5 though game pass on my PC the past few months. I decided to buy the standard edition, since I bought the game I cant access online tunes, Forzathon shop, and auction house.

    I tried ( A. Sign in Forza horizon 5 with a different account and test the online features )- I used my brothers account on my PC and all features were available.

    (B. Sign in with your account on a different PC and try accessing the online features from there) - All the features where available on a different PC with my account. I then logged back into my account on my PC and the features weren't available.

    I never played any others forza to answer your question.

    That’s strange, let’s try to isolate the problem a bit more. For this please try when possible

    A. Sign in Forza horizon 5 with a different account and test the online features

    B. Sign in with your account on a different PC and try accessing the online features from there

    By the way, if maybe you play Forza horizon 4 or other online game. Are you able to experience something similar?

    Sea of Thieves is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    When was the last time that it worked just fine?

    Kindly repair the following app/game:

    Microsoft Store

    Xbox App

    Sea Of Thieves

    Forza Horizon 5

    Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search for the title of the app/game > Advanced Options > Repair.

    After all that, restart your PC.

There could be two things we need to check why you cannot connect to the game server, is the Xbox Network not allowing you or you may need to unlock more level or challenge before you can access the feature you are trying to use.

    For now, let us check if this list of troubleshooting will help you with your connection issue. This is from the Forza support and kindly check this link:

    Once done please update us with your error message or code and what is your NAT Type for us to assist you.
