PC Xbox App not recognising Game Pass Ultimate Sub

Thanks I used to use the companion app for streaming but support seems to be iffy for it. It has never working with my Series X. Would like to do it natively through the Xbox App. If you could direct me to someone that would be great.

No problem at all on the console , and it even picks it up if I go to https://xbox.com/play and can do cloud streaming from there.

It is only via the PC Xbox App.

I have had the sub for years so never looked for refund.

At the moment, the subscriptions service has an outage going on, that might be this issue that is causing the trouble.

Console streaming you could do via xbox console companion app if you want.

But this is indeed odd mate, what I could do to help is redirect you to Microsoft support directly, so they could look into this bug on your PC app.

I can only do the cloud gaming feature via https://xbox.com/play

If I log in via the PC App it does not recognize that I have Game Pass Ultimate so I cannot do either cloud gaming or console streaming. Which are features specific to Game Pass Ultimate.
