    PC xbox app and microsoft store both say that I need to repurchase a game I have already...


    I have already tried restarting my computer after signing out of both then signing in but that does not seemed to work, the order says complete, I have also tried uninstalling reinstalling and repairing the Xbox app just in case and have made sure to sign in with the correct account afterwards. If you could help me solve the issue that would be great.

    Please, reset the store and try installing the game again.

    To Reset the Store, Press the Windows Key + R > Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

    Close the store and reopen it.

    Then, on the Microsoft Store, type your game name: "Atomicrops".

    Load the game page and click on "Install".

    In case it still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

    Please, look for the purchase in your Transaction History.

    Sign in here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?period=AllTime&type=All

    Then, copy the order number and contact Xbox Support.

    Then, follow these steps:

    Type in your query: "Agent"

    Click on Get Help.

    Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

    Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

    Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

    ok so … I am in Canada so I dont know if that makes a difference....and I am currently on my windows 10 PC and was on it when I went to the Microsoft store and purchaced it.....

    I have a Dell xps and it came with the Xbox app and the Xbox smart glass already on it and I have had it all set up and that.....so when I search games from the xbox app dashboard playerunkown's says PC GAME.....but on the Microsoft store it doesnt say
    anything bout pc.....and that is where it says "install on devices".....

    Hey Marvyn!

    If you have windows, you should be able to access app "Microsoft Store". There you can find a games and play them.

    P.S. Not all games on XBox are available in Microsoft Store for PC. Some games are available for both XBox and PC, in other words you don't need to pay twice. There is also XBox Game Pass for PC.

    no download option is available. it seems to think i didnt buy the game (it used to have a little pop-up saying i own the game now it doesnt show up and instead a button to buy the game again pops up) i have my receipt and order number to prove i did buy
    it so i will see how it goes. definitely not going to risk blowing another 90$ to repurchase an already owned game. i went on the microsoft store on PC and it's the same problem as it was on the microsoft store through my xbox one. i only have one xbox live
    account and i only play games on xbox so there is no way i could have accidently bought the pc version of the game as it was all purchased off my xbox one
