PC: Windows 11: We coudn't sign you in to Xbox Live: Access is denied.

When trying to logging to my account on Xbox App I keep getting this error:

We couldn't sign you in to Xbox live

Access is denied.

I tried multiple troubleshoot solutions from old posts and nothing seems to work.

My Windows is up-to-date.

Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 23H2
Installed on ‎5/‎26/‎2022
OS build 22631.2129
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22669.1000.0

Things I've tried and failed:

1. Log with different account

2. Convert my Microsoft User Account to Local account

3. Convert it back to Microsoft account from local account

4. Many settings changes and restarts.

Only thing that works:

1. Creating new local account.

This very annoying I do not wish to switch user account because WSL and all the things I already have installed in this specific account.

Obs.: Microsoft Store is logging in fine.

I see you have dont all the steps i would have told you to do. The only thing i would now say, is contact xbox support.

The problem is not your hardwar or anything, because as you said, you tested a new account and it works.

I think your account could be banned or suspened. Please contact xbox support weekdays.

Try to update the Xbox App by uninstalling and reinstalling it. Here's how:

- Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

- Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.  

- Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage  

- Hit Enter. 

- Restart your device.

- Launch Windows Store and download the Xbox app

Check if you have a pending Windows update and perform that. Also make sure to complete the security updates as well if any. Sadly that's all I got.
