PC win 10 download

7/30/18 bought SoD 2 from Gamespot. Received # and code. No other information on email; found 2 sentences on xBOX! sent them an email to let them know that I have no console (xbox)! they keep sending me a robot answer that they will help me and do not answer
to THIS EMAIL! If anybody can help me i would appreciate. TY

Win 10 free upgrade

Anyone on pc now that is going to download it? Its a free FULL version of win 10. Not a trial.

Xbox Play Anywhere

Just be aware that you need the Win 10 Anniversary edition of the OS to enable Play Anywhere. It took me about 3 hours to download and "upgrade" the earlier version of Win 10 on my PC yesterday to enable the download button in the Windows store so I could
get the PC copy I was entitled to.

You should be able to redeem the code on the Windows 10 store, or on the web here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

Once redeemed, you will be able to download form the store.

Have you attempted to redeem the code that you were sent on the Windows Store?

This may sound like a silly question, but when you made the purchase I want you confirm that it was for PC and not the XBox by mistake.

I believe, being a play anywhere title, state of decay 2 will have a redeem code that will be for both. You don't get a PC or Xbox only code.

My device is an MSI GL62 7QF, this is on PC and I downloaded from the Microsoft store.

I also have Win 10 if that helps.
