PC Solitair game Collection

I have the same problem. I play Microsoft solitaire collection on a PC and on a tablet. Both do not seem to be working with the Bonus games.

How to fix error 404017 in Microsoft Solitaire Collection

1. Reset Store
2. Run app troubleshooter
3. Reset the MSC to factory settings and update it
4. Run SFC and DISM
5. Update Windows
6. Reinstall the game

I'd recommend getting at their tech support through their 'contact us' button at the bottom of the page. It should immediately open your email browser.

I just tried opening that section of the game and it worked for me. I'm on version 4.6.1224.0. If your computer is fully updated, as well as the game (and you power cycled the computer) and it's still not loading, I would check out their support page to
