Pc screen keeps flashing gray and black

That's odd... If you're not able to start windows in safe mode the next step will be do a custom install for your windows system (you can recover the personal files later, but you need to reinstall apps)

Probably you installed an update for your graphics card driver and something went wrong with the update.

Please try this:

Open the RUN window pressing windows key + R :

Then type control and hit enter

Check if the driver appears there and click uninstall.

If you're not able to do it, try starting your PC in safe mode following the steps below and try the previous:

Hey there, Pema! We are currently still investigating the black screen flashes. The snowy/static screen and HDCP errors were the ones resolved recently. Please keep an eye on that thread for updates on the black screen flashes!

This is EXACTLY how my system is set up. Sound is working perfectly but the video is flashing. Not a constant flash but mainly a black screen then as if the HDR mode keeps resetting, the banner in the upper right corner of the screen signifying hdr has
initialized will get brighter, image that should be showing on screen will appear for a split second and then back to black screen all while the atmos sound never waivers.
