    PC says game streaming turned off but its on


    Like the title says my console has streaming turned on, but when I come to my PC and try to stream through the PC it says console streaming is turned off. I have done to normal power cycling of my console and that doesn't fix it. My PC and all xbox apps are all up to date.

    I had the same issue and it turned out to be my pc, not the xbox, I went to the media centre on my pc and streaming had been turned off, I suspect a Microsoft update. Once I allowed it (again) its fine.

    Ya its just with streaming it was working fine yesterday and when i started streaming today it started to turn itself off after about 30 to a hour of streaming but i will try what u said and thank u for saying good luck with the surgery

    No error message. A dialog box pops up after initiating Game Streaming that says “Game Streaming is turned off on your Xbox one. To turn it back on, go to your console and open Settings > Preferences.”

    Hey i just wanted to chime in case someone else has this same issue.

    When streaming to PC from Xbox One here's this is the process to get party chat to work.

    Turn on your xbox, get into your party and into the game.

    Turn on streaming to PC.

    Turn off your controller and turn it back on and it will work.

    Not sure why I have to do this, but it's the only way to make it work.
