    Hi guys

    hoping someone can help!!!!

    overnight my xbox console companion on pc has just stopped working for party chat. It just says connecting?

    ive checked nat type, reset dns sertings, made sure the microphone permissions are on and there set to headphones. Ive deleted and reinstalled it but nothing seems to work.

    i then tried xbox app (not console companion) and its the same issue??

    any help would be great

    You can Private Chat between the 360 and PC but if you can't join a Party on your PC.

    the only way this would be possible is one of two solutions you connect your party through the Xbox app on your pc and talk through the pc on either Xbox party or discord voice chat. There is no way of doing it any other way, however. due to the party
    chat being on a different channel on the Xbox to the audio of the game on the Xbox. Or you can stream through the Xbox to pick up the party chat this way but you won't be able to use Obs.

    The audio will come from the source. If your PC is the source of the party chat, it will be the source of where the audio is. You would need to either open the party chat on your console or get a headset that allows multiple inputs.

    Can't connect to xbox party from the companion

    this is NOT resolved, playing fifa last night with friends, i stream, so running party chat through the PC. i COULD NOT connect to party chat at all. yet, had no server issues with xbox or fifa.
