PC not accepting inputs from second joy-con controller.

I have connected both my joy-cons to my PC using Bluetooth, and checking to see if the inputs are working correctly. My left joy-con is working fine, all buttons are working, but when I check my right joy-con, no inputs at all are picking up, despite it being connected to my PC and I cannot seem to find a solution. I have checked on a different Windows 10 PC and both joy-cons are working fine. I am not sure what the problem is for my PC as for not accepting inputs from the second joy-con.

he stated they are joycon which are the nintendo switch controllers, they do work with pc but both have to be paired.

This could be a Bluetooth device issue, please uninstall the Bluetooth driver, restart the Pc and then install it again

Have you tried using the second controller plugged by USB ?

Are both controllers original controllers from Xbox?

Thanks for your post. A controller, when plugged into a PC, still acts similarly to how a keyboard does; this is why when you switch back to the game, your game starts accepting inputs from the controller again, since the game is configured to accept these
inputs and not other applications.
