Here are some workarounds, try following methods.

1. Use UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) which is a type of autonomous port forwarding. It is the easiest way to change your NAT Type to Open on Xbox, PS4, PS5, Switch, and PC. To enable UPnP, follow these steps:
   
   1. Type your IP address into your web browser’s address and press Enter.
      
   2. Enter your username and password.
      
   3. Look for the UPnP option in your router settings.
      
   4. Enable UPnP.
      
2. Check your NAT type on Windows 11 by following these steps:
   
   1. Press Windows key + R.
      
   2. Type cmd and press Enter.
      
   3. Type ipconfig /all and press Enter.
      
   4. Look for the Default Gateway IP address.
      
   5. Open your web browser and type the Default Gateway IP address into the address bar.
      
   6. Enter your username and password.
      
   7. Look for the NAT type option in your router settings.
      

Another way is to use Connectify Hotspot’s Gaming Mode and Speedify VPN which helps you fix strict NAT type issues by forwarding TCP and UDP ports necessary for online play on game. They will automatically get NAT Type 2 (Moderate), which allows you to enjoy your gaming experience without any issues.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully this will help me. Been trying to get my NAT type to stay open but it keeps switching back and forth to moderate.

Thank you for your Help. I am doing great today and hope you too.

I‘ve checked the NAT-type on the Xbox and PC:

XBOX: Mostly open, but sometimes it states moderate, if I test the NAT multiple times.

PC Companion App: Always moderate. How can I switch it to open on PC?

I switched modems. It now says 'NAT type: Open'...but when I logged into ghosts it says nat type strict in the front menu.
