    PC Microsoft App Not Uninstalling


    Ran into an issue with Phantasy Star Online 2, Been enjoying the game until recently I logged off and shut down my system for a while.

    When I came back and booted up my system I went to launch the app but nothing happened, I restarted my PC a few times to see if it would fix the issue to no avail, I launched other games off the same drive to check if it was an issue with that but they launched
    normally. I finally went over to the Microsoft store to check if I maybe needed to update the game or if it would give me some clue as to what was happening. Then I noticed it said the game has encountered an issue and needed to be reinstalled to repair the
    issue. I clicked on the option it gave me to reinstall but nothing happened. I then took a few other routes of uninstalling the game but nothing will uninstall it. It is stuck basically in an uninstall-able unplayable state and I'm not sure what to do.

    Hello again, try uninstalling Spotfy to restart your PC and reinstall the App from the Microsoft Store store, because by definition the App shouldn't even be filtered by your firewall.

    Please try these steps

    To resolve the issue of linking your Microsoft account in Forza Horizon 5, first try signing in to your Microsoft account on the Xbox app. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game or, on your PC, deleting the folder with your account data.

    Steps to try to resolve the issue:

    Sign in to your Microsoft account on the Xbox app:

    If you are playing on PC, open the Xbox app and make sure you are signed in to your Microsoft account.

    If you are playing on Xbox, make sure the correct account is signed in on your console.

    Try restarting the game and/or console/PC: A simple restart can resolve temporary issues.

    Uninstall and reinstall the game:

    Uninstall Forza Horizon 5 from your console or PC.

    Reinstall the game.

    Please uninstall the launcher, the log out the Xbox app and the Microsoft store app, then restart the Pc and log back in the Xbox app and Microsoft store app, install the Minecraft launcher from the Microsoft store app and try to log in again with the Microsoft account option

    Kindly uninstall your Microsoft Edge browser. Go to PC Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Find the app then uninstall.

    Before you install it back, restart your computer first. Once done reinstalling it, check if the issue is resolved when signing in to your Microsoft account on your Windows.

    Can't Log In to Xbox App

    It appears that only Xbox app is having an issue and it is possible that the app is corrupted. We can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app again.

    To uninstall the app, follow the steps below:

    Uninstall Xbox app.

    • To uninstall, type Xbox app in the Windows search box, right-click and click Uninstall. After uninstalling, restart the computer.
    • To reinstall, Open the Microsoft Store, search for Xbox app using the search box, and install Xbox app or you can get the app from this link: Xbox App for Windows PC | Xbox
