Have a new built PC with:

Graphics card: Amd Radeon 6650XT 8GB Mecha

Two 8GB ram chips which im not sure what bran

PSU: Corsair RMe Series RM750e PSU (changed yesterday to hopefully fix the issue, it didn't)

The problem is the computer will randomly shut off, both when gaming (but mostly only destiny 2. League, Rocket League and Hunt showdown works fine) and when in desktop (no apperant websites or reasons)

I've troubleshot most of the errors i get, but i keep hitting error id 41

These are the current errors happening right before the computer restarts itself.

Already run commands on administrator to CheckHealth and scannow stuff. No corrupted files.

I'm not much of a tech sav person, but I have a friend who can help me if needed.

error 219 is the main culprit

that parts looks to be an issue with a logitech device that is plugged in, do you have a logitech keyboard and mouse, if so unplug them and plug into a different usb port.

or try another keyboard and mouse for the moment.

you will get error 41 every time the system shuts off, you can ignore that specific error, it is whats causing the system shut off we need to find.

also check to see if there are any chipset drivers for your board that are new, either from the board manufacturer or chipset vendor, also check for a bios update (be careful with bios updates, they can brick the system if the pc is shut off during update)

PC keeps crashing, especially when launching Destiny 2

    Hello, Andreas S.Hammersland

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community

Thank you for your feedback. I read the information you provided. You mentioned that your computer frequently crashes when running Destiny 2, and it also randomly restarts in the desktop state.

According to the error code you provided,

Kernel-Power Event ID 41: This usually means that the system did not shut down properly, which may be a power problem or hardware failure.

Kernel-EventTracing Event ID 28: It may be related to a specific driver or hardware device.

DistributedCOM Event ID 10010: It is usually related to a specific application or service failing to start or responding timeout.

Kernel-PnP Event ID 219: It is usually related to device driver problems, especially HID devices.

If the problem only occurs when playing Destiny 2, it may be a problem with the game itself that causes the computer to crash, so you can also try to update the driver and check whether the game files of Destiny 2 are complete. The method is as follows.

You can download the latest driver for your graphics card from the official AMD website. The link is below.

Drivers and Support for Processors and Graphics (amd.com)

Please open your gaming platform to perform a game integrity check. Since I don't know your gaming platform, please check it yourself.

If you have tried the above methods and the problem still exists, you can also contact the game support staff and explain your problem to them. They will provide you with more help. Please click the link below to submit your problem.

Destiny 2 launches via Steam but not via Game Pass

    Yes, I understand that.

My issue is not with porting but with the fact that Destiny 2 crashes at launch on Game Pass but not on Steam.
