PC issue: Teredo issue WIN10 xbox networking

not 1st time its happened either.

happened on my old PC and now my new system (3 weeks or so) shares issue.

If i go to my game settings in WIN10 and check the xbox network it shows:

"NAT type: teredo is unable to qualify.
This could block you from playing multiplayer games"

everything else says connected, no packet loss, and latency is 60ms.

the "fix it" works, but only until i restart PC (sometimes it'll also just go back to the unable ot qualify after hrs of not playing a game that uses service and it blocks from playing stuff like minecraft/back 4 blood/etc on servers and u get booted from any gamepass game ur using) and this gets to be reallllllllly annoying.

Whats the issue?

Is there an actual fix that wont require me to keep doing "fix it" every time I want to play a gamepass online game? (again its really annoying and shouldnt function this way)

I did a cmd prompt for it and shows following:

C:\Windows\system32>netsh interface Teredo show state
Teredo Parameters

Client Refresh Interval : 30 seconds
Client Port : unspecified
State : offline
Error : none

ip helper service is active and set to automatic (as i know sometimes thats issue)

This info should help someone sort this out:

What I DO know is that my pc now get the latency, openNat & etc.. low ping and the same numbers my Xbox had b4 september 9

Teredo tunneling / openNAT etc... same router, same isp as my xbox one s... win10 pc running xbox live network ... even console companion connects to teredo fine

Doesn't this rule out: Isp &/or xblive network issues completely?

If you can’t hear your friends online, or you can’t join or host an Xbox Live multiplayer game, go to
Network > Settings in the Xbox app and check
NAT type.

If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.
