[PC] (I have a Game Pass code for 3 months which I activated) - I can install and start...

Whenever I install a game and start it, for example Forza Horizon 4, it gets me to the "Press (X) to start", I press it and it says, "Load Failed. Unknown ..." I tried re-install it, re-install Xbox (beta), reset the Microsoft store, try to unplug the Ethernet
cable and try to press the key but this time it stops the game process.

I tried another small game to test, zoo tycoon, and this time when it says press Start to continue it just shows the loading circle and back again to the text.

sorry to hear. Sometime the game need to be installed on the systemharddisk but like the other ambassadors "Please first take a look if your System is uptodate (Windows Update and Windows Store App), then (if you installed a extra Antivirus/Firewall) try
to stopp it for a game test"

If you got a error code this will help us to help you, because a wrong date/time or incomplete account information (wrong region / child account etc) can lead to errors like this.

Just curious if there is any error code or anything coming up when it says this? Is your PC up-to-date with the Windows upgrades?
