    [PC] Hello Neighbor won't launch due to game-pass "needing renewed"


    Just a heads up, went through support and they did not have a solution for this. I have the Xbox Beta app on PC and tried to play Hello Neighbor with my game pass. It won't launch and comes up with the message stating I need to renew it. This is an error as my subscription is active and I can play any other game.

    Anyone else having this issue?

    You’ll see the following error code and message when you launch a game or app::

    0x803f8001

    Do you own this game or app?

    If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure you're signed in to Xbox Live. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to buy it at Microsoft Store.

    This may mean we’re having trouble checking usage rights..

    Some games on the gamepass pro pc are having difficulty downloading, I also have the same problem, I believe to be still in the beta program, even because some games download without problems.
