Pc games won't download without error codes

Please answer the following questions:

1. Is this happening on Windows 11 or 10?

2.Is your windows system and apps up to date?

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

3. If you try downloading another game, it works? or the same error appears?

4. Are you trying to download the game to C: drive? or to another drive?

Is your D drive formatted as NTFS buddy?
Also, did you already select it as where new content is being installed via Windows settings?
Usually you do it going to System > Storage > Advance storage settings if you're on windows 11

It has been happening on windows 10 and after i upgraded to windows 11.

It happens with every other game i try to download.

I'm trying to download it to my D drive.

The use activation codes for PC games all the time. You can install from anybody's disc, but without a code it won't run.

I received the same error code, but when I type it into the error code roster, it claims its and unknown error code.

I have overwatch on disc and It won't start, the rest of the games I have are downloaded and those won't start up either.
