    So my problem is my game pass pc app does not work at all, when I open it up no games thumbnail appears to load and when i click on "all pc games" it says 0 results found. I also cannot search for a game as it says the same.

    Is the account you used to subscribe logged into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10?

    Open the app and go to the top right corner to login with the account you subscribed to. Then log out and log into the Xbox app and see if it resolves the issue.
