PC game store is broken

The issue was:

Despite me having that setting ON, windows chose not to automatically set the hour right (had to go 1 hour backwards due to legal hour).

When i set the hour manually, vampyr launched properly, but my 20 hours playtrough got lost.

Lost 20 hours of game progress + the rest of the game, since in no way i can read thousand of dialogues and gather materials again.

I want 1 month of game pass as a refund

After searching I have found out that my Microsoft Store is broken. There are manyways to fix it butnothing worked for me. The only way was to set up win10 completely new. As my PC is new, and I had only less Things installed, it was no tragedy.

Now it works. But I still not know why my Microsoft Store was broken.

Gamepass for PC is broken. I have the same issue, you can fix by setting microsoft store to offline play, but they only let you do this 3x per year. For some reason, it seems to think every PC is offline

I believe gamestop will still buy broken consoles. Or go to lesser known gaming stores. I know gametraders / gamexchanges that are around me will buy broken consoles and give you store credit.
