    PC game pass not working


    HI,

    Has anyone else had issues getting game pass PC beta to work all I keep getting after its installed is a green screen with a pulsing xbox symbol its been like this for a couple of days. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and my windows is up
    to date

    Why can't I access Game Pass on my PC?

    That could either be Game Pass Core or PC Game Pass. If it's Core, it won't work on PC.

    If you purchased Game Pass Ultimate, then yes, it works both on PC and console. Game Pass does not. You have the console Game Pass and PC Game Pass.

    It depends on which Game Pass you have. You would need PC Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate in order for it to work on PC.

    Game Pass is primarily for the console. It's just a bonus that some of the games work for the PC. There is no Game Pass for the PC>

    Ok that is the problem, you have the console game pass.

    In order to have it working on PC you would need either the PC game pass or the ultimate game pass which includes both PC and console game pass :)
