PC Game pass + Microsoft rewards question

Hello there!

So recently I have been using Microsoft rewards a lot and soon plan to redeem 1 Month of the PC game pass. Therefore, I see some little stuff in the text, and I wanted to ask a couple questions to make sure I'm truly getting what I need. First off, it says that you redeem one month. So, for example, after a month, am I able to redeem another month? Can I keep doing this if I hit enough each month? Second, the normal PC game pass does come with the EA Play. So, with this, will I receive EA Play and games that come with it? (Ex. Madden and FIFA). And my final question is there any games that I won't get from the PC game pass because it's from Microsoft rewards.

I'm still very new here and I really needed to know this ahead of time. Thanks!

I'm going to answer by numbering your questions ok?

First question:

A: Yes, if you do have enough reward points every month, you can keep redeeming it. But, one thing you should keep in mind, is that, when you redeem the subscription, that subscription will have its recurring billing turned on, you just have to remember to turn it off, otherwise it would charge you before you could redeem your other month.

Second question:

A: Yes, you will have access to all the benefits of the Game Pass, there's no difference if you purchased it or redeemed it via rewards points, they're the same subscription.

Third question:

A: And no, like it was said before, you will have the full benefits of the GP subscription, regardless of how you acquire it. Purchasing it, redeeming it, it would be the same subscription, therefore, the same benefits and all games included.

Something else to mention, you can stack up to 36 months of subscription at a time. So you don't have to wait the full month to redeem a new code and add it to your account. If you earn enough points to go ahead and redeem a new code, you can do so and go ahead and add it to your account before your month of Game Pass is over.

If you get enough points everytime you could redeem them every month. The games with Ea Play are these: https://www.xbox.com/nl-NL/games/ea-play . So if a game you would like to have through xbox gamepass or EA Play you could download these to your console/pc (or play it through Xbox cloud if it is compatable) and when your subscription runs out you wil not be able to play the game anymore until you redeem(or pay) the subscription again or you pay for the game.

The Rewards program rotates out some cards every now and then. They usually return though.

The Rewards programme has not rotated the Xbox Live Gold pass nor the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, both of which are useless when one does not have an Xbox. This is discrimination against PC gamers, which is appalling from Microsoft!

In addition, I recently used rewards points for an Xbox Live Gold pass, thinking naively that it could extend my Xbox Game Pass for PC. It didn't but created a useless additional pass that I cannot use.

I asked the Microsoft Rewards support team to cancel the pass and reverse the Rewards points redemption. Of course, they did not do it – and cannot be bothered to provide any feedback. Appalling customer service from Microsoft.
