PC Game Pass horrendous speeds downloading.

Is there an end in sight to the God awful download speeds for installing games from xbox app on PC? I figured I would finally give gamepass a try since I sold my series X but the download speeds are just ridiculous. The internet is flooded with articles and "fixes" and videos all about this topic with no fix from MS yet. None of the prior fixes work anymore from 2 years ago. This is just crazy that so many are dealing with 1-5MBs downloads even when on gig speed connections ( download speeds dont matter it seems to be a hard stuck at a ridiculously low speed regardless).

Installing Halo and going from 500kb-2.5mbps. I can load up steam or any other software and get 35-60 easily. Going to end up cancelling because I dont want to spend 12 hours installing a game which is ridiculous in this day and age.

May we ask if you have already tried Resetting TCP/IP? If you haven't done it yet, please try performing this troubleshooting:

Please create a system restore point.

In Windows search bar, search for Command Prompt and Run as Administrator.

Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

Restart computer.

Test download a game from Xbox app.

Test download a game/app from Microsoft Store.

Also, Test download a heavy file over the internet.

Hello that was the first thing I did after people suggested it online. It didnt help at all, the speeds stay xxxkbps to 2.5mbps max pretty much and bounces around inconsistent.
