PC Game Pass for my son

My son has 15 years old, I want to buy for him a PC game pass but it is impossible from his account, I put some money in his account but it is impossible. It says that he have to ask a parent but I don't know how to buy for him a PC game pass!

Would this also hold true for PC version of Game Pass Ultimate? My son already had the Gold Pass on his console. I had just purchased him a Gaming PC and Best Buy suggested the Game Pass Ultimate. I ran into the current problem while trying to install on the PC.

Regarding Game pass on Xbox. If you have a game pass you can set your box as homebox.

Then, any other account can share your subscriptions, games, and apps on that Xbox. You can Buy Ultimate and then one of your sons when logged with your account on The PC can have a game pass. Then you must buy a game pass for PC to another son, but with
his account. If you want both of them to have their own PC game pass, then you must buy a game pass for each account, but with their accounts. Homebox

your son will also need to add xbox live gold subscription or purchase xbox game pass ultimate which includes gold, game pass and pc game pass.
