PC Game Pass downloading extremely slow

We understand your sentiment when downloading games is extremely slow. This is not the experience that Microsoft wishes you to have. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

Based on your description, you have perform troubleshooting to resolve this issue. We have few support articles that you can refer to and set of troubleshooting we will recommend to you. Before we provide those information, please answer these question below:

Is this issue happening to all game titles?

1. May we ask if you are having same speed when you download apps from Microsoft Store?
   
2. When did this issue happen? Was there a recent Windows update or new application installed on your device?
   
3. Did you see any error message/code? Please post here the screenshot and conceal any personal information.
   
4. Do you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer installed in your PC?
   
5. Are we part of Xbox or Windows Insider?

Suggested troubleshooting you may try:

1. Install PC updates including Optional Update. Guide - Update Windows and if you have issues with update, please check the troubleshooting steps available here - Troubleshoot problems updating Windows.
   
2. Note: Please make sure you know your credentials before proceeding to the next steps. If in doubt, try to manually sign in here: Microsoft Account | Home.
   
   • Log out from Xbox app and Microsoft Store. Make sure there is no account remain logged into those apps.
     
   • Reset/Repair Microsoft Store and Xbox app (if using). Guide - Repair apps and programs in Windows.
     
   • Clear the store cache by typing “wsreset” in the Windows search bar. Run this as admin and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
     
3. Restart and disable all antivirus, antimalware, VPN, proxy, firewall and PC Optimizer.
   
4. Try to redownload the games from Xbox app.

The demo is great, and only a small portion of what is out there with this game. It's going to be amazing. I've played it through on the 360 and PC so far today -- trying to get the extremely slow PSN download to happen now.

Is anyone else having trouble with Plants Vs Zombies GW2 Beta downloading EXTREMELY slow? Most of our other games have NEVER downloaded this slow.
