    PC Game Pass, Bard's Tale IV, Game won't load past Xbox login prompt


    PC Game Pass, Bard's Tale IV, Game won't load past Xbox login prompt. It's the only game in my PC Game pass library to have this problem. Multiple people in the reviews are complaining about the same issue. I've tried logging in/out of Game Pass, and also have uninstalled/reinstalled the game and it doesn't resolve the issue. Can someone at PC Gamepass support please look into this?

    Other than restarting my device, there's a lot of items to try in that list. I'd really prefer if you confer with your colleagues to see if there's an issue on the back-end here, rather than me spend hours trying a bunch of things. Seeing as many people in the reviews are complaining about the same issue, there's a high probability it's on the back-end on not due to a configuration issue on my side.
