    [PC] Game bar issues with looking for group tool


    Ever since i got new hardware and reinstalled windows my "looking for group" tool inside gamebar has not worked properly.

    Im currently experiencing the following issues.

    1. I can only sign to LFG posts if i leave the note blank. As soon as i type a single letter in the note and i press "I'm interested", I get the message "The post is no longer available" However if i refresh and find the post again i can sign onto it normally as long as i leave the note empty.

    2. I cannot create any posts in the LFG tool. No matter if i leave it blank or not, i get the message "There was a problem creating your post"

    In the Xbox networking tab, my nat type shows as open.

    Sorry but unfortunately I'm out of ideas as to what the cause of this problem would be.

    The last step I can recommend is to do an in-place upgrade. On this link, you have detailed instructions with a video.

    Make sure you have the Xbox app and Xbox companion app installed and that your account is logged in to both apps.

    Then go to settings>games>xbox network, do the test and then click on ''fix'' and try to make a post.

    Check if updates are available on Windows Update, install optional updates as well.

    Open the Microsoft Store app, click the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads and updates>get updates and see if there are updates available for Game Bar and other updates related to game services.
