先日購入し、

すぐにゲーを始めたのですが、始めた当初からオンラインが出来ずオフラインでプレイしていました。

た制限がいくつかあるためオンラインにしようといろいろ調べたのですが改善されなく困っています。

現在の状況

Xboxネットワークで確認した所、最初の時点では

接続状態やパフォーマンスは異常なしでしたが、Xbox Live マルチプレイヤーという名称の類の内の[NATの種類]のところに、「Teredoを認定できません。これにより、マルチプレイヤーゲーのプレイがブロックされることがあります」と説明されてい　　　

て、「詳細についてはここをクリックしてくさい。」表示され、その下の接続に関してもブロックと表示されてる

※これに関してはhttps://support.xbox.com/ja-jp/xbox-on-windows/social/server-connectivity-xbox-app-displays-blockedの方法で改善されました

しかし、今度はゲーを起動した後にXboxLiveにサインインが出来なくなりゲーが始められなくなりました。

ウェブサイトからのサインインはMicrosoft・Xbox（サイト）側とも両方サインインは出来ます。

※ログアウトしてからや、再起動なども試しました。

改善させるにはどうすればよろしいでしょうか？

もし私が東芝ダイナブック型番PT75GWP-BEA2のPCを使い続けた合、GPUとVRAMを最小要件のものに取り替えれば、私のPCでもHORIZON4を起動できるようになるでしょうか？それともたとえGPUとVRAMを取り替えたとしても、何か別の要で、最終的には結局Horizon4は起動できないのでしょうか？

Xboxliveでのゲーはforza horizon4 が初めてなので確認はできませんが、steamのゲーであれば確認できました。

また、エラーは発生してません

Thanks for the reply and update on the issue with launching games on Windows 10. To help clarify:

Are you able to launch and play other games?
Have you tried re-installing the Xbox App on the Windows 10 PC?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Thank you for positing here on the Xbox forums. We have a couple of questions to help us figure out what's going on here. Are you able to get into online matches on any other game besides Forza Horizon 4? Do you get any sort of error message when you try
to go online?

この問題が起きた過程を補足します。

次の手で問題が起きました。

1.iOS版でサインインしてコインとパックの購入

2.Switch版でサインインせずに無料のパックをダウンロード

3.Switch版でサインインするがiOS版で購入したものが同期されていないことを確認

4.Switch版でサインインした状態で320コインを購入するがiOS版に反されない

Switch版のサインインする前にダウンロードしたパックが残っているため同期できないようにもみえますが、原がわかりません。

何か対策あれば教えていたけないでしょうか。
